Body: Really good site for kids clothes, with lots of choices in name brands, apparel, and pricing. While many of the items are from "name" manufacturers, you're not likely to find their really upscale, boutique items, as I think many of these companies only sell those "cutsie," top-of-the-line clothes through other authorized e-stores. That said, there are still great clothes to be found here. Be careful of pricing, though. While you can find real bargains (and not always in the size you want), pricing is not always rock bottom. I've found comparable quality stuff, and sometimes better pricing, at www.childrensplace.com, another great site. As always, know what you want, what you want to spend, and use search engines for comparisons. |

My only problem is with the web site. The loading of images takes too long (though I have cable Internet), so, when I look at one item, it takes a long time to go back to the list (I have to wait until the images all load again).
I dont know how other sites get away with it, but it sure would help to improve the user interface.
It would also be a nice option if the items I pick stay in the shopping bag. Sometimes, I pick stuff but want to look for more and pay later, but, when I go back to the site, my basket is empty.
Some sites (Baby Gap, Old Navy, KidSurplus) have that option, which I love.

I ordered bath robes for my daugther and they are made so cheap and one developed a hole in a seam after wearing it only a few times for a minute or 2 out of the tub and the one I washed did terribly. The fabric is itchy and Im thinking of just donating the items to charity because I hate to hassle with returning items. Body: I was shocked to get such adorable clothes for such reasonable prices. The shipping was prompt also and I received a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail when my items were shipped, which I appreciatyed greatly. Only problem, which was completely MY fault, was that I thought the outfits that I was purchasing were made of 100% cotton but when they arrived I discovered that were made of 100% Acrilic. Which would probably explain the great price I got for them. I was a little disappointed because as we all know, cotton is much more comfortable than acrilic. Acrilic can beichy and pinchy sometimes. But they are adorable pieces and they were a great price and I will simply have to compensate a bit by putting a light cotton onsie under the pants and sweater. Next time I will be more careful and read what it is made of more clearly. I will definitely purchase from this company again. |

This is always the first place I look now when I need childrens clothing, as the prices are generally very good--even for name brand labels. The only drawbacks I have found are that there arent as many choices for boys clothes as there are for girls. Also, if an item is out of stock, you may not know until the package is received--but I was never charged for those items. This can be somewhat frustrating, but this should not deter you from shopping here, because this is overall a very excellent store. |

The waiste was too tight and the pants were too short. They may have fit a small size 4 but noone larger. It was a Brats label product. Some of the clothes fit and were the right size and some were larger than the size identified. There did not seem to be much control over sizes. Otherwise the clothes were very nice and the service was great. |
